Normski Synonymous with energy and life force, Normski has had a prolific career in the field of Music, Television, Photography, Action sports, Fashion and style. His love of Music developed at an early age when he played trombone and drums in the swiin the swing band at school. After leaving school he went on to Kingsway College to study all aspects of photographic skills, including film, print and design and theory, before becoming a studio assistant at Camden studios and then Holborn Studios. Combining his talents for vision and music, Normskis photographic credits have flown the world. In September 03 he staged ‰Hip Odyssey a prolific show of His Urban street culture photography at Proud Gallery. He has worked for record industry companies including; VIRGIN, SOUL II SOUL, RCA, SONY, EMI, ARISTA, CHRYSLIS and REACT to name a few. Normski also produced and directed music promos for WEA; ‰Reach, China records; ‰NSO Force, Ticking Time; ‰11:59, Profile Records New York. His TV career kicked off in 1991 when he became Britains foremost youth presenter on ‰Dance Energy for Def ll. on BBC 2. The show ran for five series and due to popular demand the show has recently been re-screened on the BBCs digital channel BBC CHOICE. Also in the DEF ll slot Normski presented a 50-minute documentary on the history of Rap music for Rapido TV and a 40-minute special ‰DANGEROUS featuring Michael Jackson. In 1995 he moved to Channel 4 to launch "BOARD STUPID" the first ever Snowboard show on British TV which he not only presented, but also directed filmed inserts with stars like Goldie in Austria. Normskis TV credits also include many guest appearances on shows presenting features on Break dancing, Photography, Fashion, Style and Youth Culture. As a radio broadcaster, his credits include "Dance Energy radio show" on Radio 1, "Rap Academy" on Kiss fm, "Pure DM" online and "VIBE" on BBC Radio 5.The Vibe show won the Sony award for racial equalities and harmony in programming.
