The DJs for Life wristbands are now in shops, so go and buy one today. In Birmingham get down to Size trainer store or Tempest records, in London check out Deal Real and in Leicester it's 2Funky. More stockists to be confirmed later this week including stores in Bristol and Manchester.

Djs for Life Wrist Bands hit London!!!! -- Well What a Showcase of the U.K's biggest & best Djs. Stars turned up to spin tunes all for the name of Myeloma U.K. Djs repping in the place included Trevor Nelson, Big Ted, Pogo, Cutmaster Swift, Matt White, Rapscallion, Normski, Boogie Bunch. All in honour of our friend & dj for life - Dj Swing. Wicked night!!!

Kat B is a quick, quirky and an all-round entertainer with enormous appeal to teenagers and students up and down the country.

Kat B is a quick, quirky and an all-round entertainer with enormous appeal to teenagers and students up and down the country.

He is best known for his antics on "MTV Base", "The Lick Parties" (with Trevor Nelson) and the "Request Shows". In Ayia Napa, Afro Hair and Beauty and the well talked about show Kat in Jamaica. Although he is a relatively new presenter to Choice fm, he is an experienced choreographer, dancer and actor and down to earth fun guy.

Kat is often called to cover other MTV shows and is never left alone for too long because of his raw and feisty style of interview approach he calls it "keeping it real Yeah right" Kat through this, has worked alongside June Sarpong, Richard Blackwood, Edith Bowman, Natalie Cassidy, Trevor Nelson and has interviewed and partied alongside almost everyone from J-Lo to Damage!

Kat has appeared in numerous productions at the Theatre Royal, Stratford East including Lorca's "The Public", "The Dragon Can't Dance" as well as many variety nights. He also worked as a choreographer on Theatre Royal's touring musical "One Dance Will Do" don't mess with the controls The Oddest couple and the 2002 production of "Shoot 2 Win".

Other theatre credits include the Scarecrow in "The Wiz" (Hackney Empire), Billy Goose in "Mother Goose"(Hackney Empire), "The Day The Bronx Died" (Tricycle Theatre), and work with The Posse and the Bibi Crew. Kat has also set up and continues to run "Ruff Stuff", an award-winning dance troupe. and a regular face to the the comedy show Blaggers.

Film and television credits include "Waterland", "Street Wise", "Up Late With Gina Yashere" (BBC2), "Nights Out At The Empire" (C4) and "The Richard Blackwood Show" (C4). Most recently Kat was seen in 'Da Boyz', a hiphop musical at Theatre Royal, Stratford East.

Kat frequently visits schools to run workshops in scriptwriting, music and movement. He is also a regular host @ night clubs all over the world.
