LineupFresh from touring in the U.S with the likes of The Roots, Queen Latifah, Erykah Badu and Jill Scott, Birmingham is pleased to welcome neo-soul duo Floetry to The Drum on Wednesday 6 December 2006.
After the huge success of their Mercury nominated debut album ‘Floetic’ three years ago and the follow up 'Floacism (Live)’, Marsha Ambrosius and Natalie Stewart return with their third mind-blowing album ‘Flo’Ology’. Continuing their heady mix of soul, funk, hip-hop and spoken word, this ground breaking album spans the spectrum of romantic relationships using their strong song-writing prowess that has seen them write songs for living legends such as Michael Jackson and Jill Scott.
With six Grammy award nominations, six Soul Train awards and numerous international sell-out live shows under their belt, the ladies of Floetry will be putting on a show that truely demonstrates how they’ve captivated fans across the world.
